Client Policy

At Poop Dawg, we prioritize safety and efficiency. To ensure a positive experience for all, we have the following policies in place:

DOG SAFETY AND EMPLOYEE PROTECTION

1. Dogs must be secured: Dogs must be kept in a secured area, such as inside, in a fenced area, or on a leash, while we are scooping. If dogs are loose, we will try to contact the homeowner. If the situation is not resolved, we may have to reschedule. Even well-trained dogs can act unpredictably toward unfamiliar people in their yards. So please make sure to keep your dogs secured while we are cleaning to ensure our team members and your pets' safety.

2. In the interest of safety for both our employees and your pets, should a dog become loose or exhibit aggressive behavior towards our staff during service, it may result in the termination of our service agreement.

GENERAL

1. Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our online client portal or by contacting us. If we're running late, please contact us.

2. Cancellation: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within at least 24 hours' notice. Clients have the option to end service at any time. Please contact us by phone or email to terminate your service.

3. Payment: Payments for recurring service plans will be automatically collected on the first of each month and billed to the card on file. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their payment information is up to date. Failure to do so may result in interruption of service. Clients can change or update their payment method at any time using the client portal on our website.

4. Holiday closures: We are closed on the following federal holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Any missed appointments will be rescheduled for the next business day or at your earliest convenience.

5. Disposal: All dog waste is double-bagged to prevent any leakage or odors and to ensure that it is properly contained during disposal. We will then dispose of the waste in the client's designated garbage bin. If the bin is not provided or accessible, we will provide a bucket for the client to dispose of on their own time. Please note that we do not haul away dog waste.

7. Property Maintenance: Our ability to scoop and remove all the waste on your property depends on the visibility and accessibility of the areas. Overgrown yards or lack of maintenance may result in missed spots. We kindly ask that you keep your property clear and accessible for us to provide the best service possible.

8. Liability: By using our service, you agree to hold our company and its employees harmless for any damages or injuries that may occur on your property or your pets while we provide service. You are responsible for ensuring that your property is safe for our employees and that your pets are secure.

We appreciate your cooperation in following these policies.
